Jordan had just one interview with ECOVIS Clark Jacobs and received a job offer within two hours.\u00a0 That is often the way at ECJ.\u00a0 The senior team trust when they have found a good fit and make decisions efficiently and effectively.\u00a0 \u201cThey made ECOVIS sound like a fantastic environment, and they did not oversell it,\u201d says Jordan after more than two and a half years with the organisation.<\/p>\n
Originally studying engineering, Jordan\u2019s interest in business, how they work and how they\u00a0maximise\u00a0opportunity led him to further study and ultimately to work for ECJ.\u00a0 He appreciates the encouragement to grow and be challenged. \u201cWhen I put my hand up for something harder, there is always something harder to do,\u201d he states.\u00a0 \u201cRecently I have been given the opportunity to move into forecasting and modelling, which is amazing.\u00a0 What I am most grateful for, is that my manager has given me free reign to get on and do stuff.\u00a0 They are always available to help, but give me confidence to trust my ability.\u201d<\/p>\n
