Aine O’Malley loves everything Sydney has to offer: the sunshine, the beaches, the people, and ECOVIS Clark Jacobs. In what is a recurring theme when speaking with members of the ECJ team, Aine’s favourite thing about work is the people she works with and the culture of the firm that comes from the top.
“From the very beginning, people have been friendly and have enjoyed each other’s company,” says Aine. “But the overwhelming thing I have noticed is that everyone shares information. No one holds back, no one is precious about their clients or their knowledge or expertise. They truly believe that success comes from everyone having the opportunity to be their best.”
During Sydney’s extended lockdown period, Aine said the company really looked after its people. They ensured everyone had the technology they required to work from home, providing additional screens etc. where needed. They supported and looked after each other and went to great lengths to ensure every member of the team was engaged and connected.
