- Please note that if at any time we are required by law to release information about you or your organisation, we must cooperate fully.

- We collect Information through emails, online forms, telephone conversations, face-to-face meetings, or via third parties such as our credit licensee or lenders.
- We use the Information to provide you with credit assistance, financial guidance, and related services. For example, we may use it to assess your borrowing capacity or prepare applications to lenders on your behalf.
- We use the Information to send you updates or information that you request.
- Occasionally, we may contact you about new services, promotions, or events we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing.

To Whom Does ECJ Finance Disclose Your Personal Information?
- We do not sell or rent our client database.
- We may disclose Information to our credit licensee (Connective) for administration and compliance purposes.
- We may disclose Information to lenders, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, and their representatives as required to provide the services you request.
- We may disclose Information to contractors or service providers who assist us with business operations, including mailing houses, administration services, IT services, or cloud-based systems.
- We may disclose Information to offshore service providers (for example, administrative support based in the Philippines). We will take reasonable steps to ensure these providers protect your Information in accordance with the APPs.
- We may disclose Information to regulatory bodies such as ASIC or AFCA, if required.
- We may disclose Information if required by law, or in circumstances permitted by the Privacy Act.
