We celebrated this years’ annual Staff Retreat at the lovely Watersedge event venue in The Rocks. With its breathtaking waterfront and Opera House views, the location set the perfect stage for a productive and enjoyable day of team building.
The agenda for the morning included firm updates and initiatives, celebration of staff accomplishments, team games & challenges, and real-world case studies presented by the team. For lunch, we headed downstairs to the Harbourfront Restaurant for a delicious lunch served by the water.
To wrap up the retreat, we stepped outside our usual routines and embraced creativity through a hands-on clay hand building session run by “Clay Sydney.” Guided by expert instructors, we molded and shaped our own unique creations, discovering a few hidden talents too!
A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event a success, we can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year’s retreat!
