July has been a month dedicated to prioritising the health and well-being of our team. Here’s a recap of how we’ve embraced wellness throughout each week:
1st Week: We kicked off the month with a nutritious breakfast day, ensuring everyone started their day with a delicious and healthy meal.
2nd Week: Our team enjoyed two days of soothing massages, providing a well-deserved break to relax and rejuvenate.
3rd Week: We refreshed ourselves with a day dedicated to nourishing juices and smoothies, keeping us hydrated and energised.
4th Week: As we conclude Wellness Month, we indulged in a day of healthy snacks to promote healthy eating habits.
