Vana Dekermenjian has been with ECJ for four rewarding years and loves taking walks with the stunning view of the Harbour Bridge in her lunch breaks.
Vana started her journey as an auditor, becoming the first team member hired by Director Umer Altaf. She pursued her bachelor’s degree in accounting and started as an undergraduate at ECJ. After completing her Chartered Accountant (CA) program, she now thrives as an Audit Supervisor at the firm.
“I absolutely love my team, the work I do alongside Umer, and the amazing colleagues around me. What stands out most is how every director truly cares for us. It feels like a small family, and that’s what makes working at ECJ so special,” Vana shares.
